Busavlieu: I really try to promote for everyone to emphasize each other's cultures and customs. So promoting it and encouraging them to learn about each other, talk about local things when we visit each other. And then Mabrid just brought this very good idea, just being open-minded to allow different cultures to have a dialogue. Benjuan: How can you make sure that non-senior individuals grow and continue to grow in a remote setup? Busavlieu says he sees people at the beginning of their careers having way more trouble navigating these matters.
