The Importance of Journaling

When you have this long-term goal, you don't think too much about am I faster today compared to three days ago? You don't think that way. Can I run a five-hour, 20-minute marathon when I'm 80? And if you take care of your body that way and think 25 years, 35 years in advance, then you make different choices. So I think way ahead. That's my number two lesson that I've learned here the past 10 years. The third lesson is that it's important to journal. It's our way of remembering what we did last week and then how we can improve for next week.
