This is a book about a woman who's convinced to be on the search committee for hiring a new pastor at her Unitarian Universalist church. The way she writes these committee meeting scenes, if you've ever worked with another human being, these scenes will get under your skin because you know you're watching these human dynamics. And there's tons of other fun little surprises throughout the book.
