It's being able to pile investment into fixed cost as much as possible at huge scale, in order to realize the benefits of making as many of the thing as humanly possible at global scale. But i would back that down, because it doesn't have the sort of mote defens ibility characteristics that plough your copex into manufacturing capability does. Yes, swe do power now. Let's do it.
