The Letter Kills, the Spirit Gives Life

In 2 Corinthians 3, the famous discussion of the letter in the spirit. He identifies the letter with the old covenant, but he doesn't identify the old covenant with the law and the prophets. And so you can sense that it isn't letter versus spirit, because the spirit assumes the letter,. But at the same time, Peter speaks of our beloved brother Paul. So this conversion is a deeper kind of conversion than simply switching churches or what have you.
