Is Your Assessment Right for You?

A good assessment should be versatile as well. You should be able to use it in a variety of contexts. A really well built assessment that is reliable and valid, meets the reliability and validity requirements for making decisions about individuals. Any assessment that's got those qualities can be used in that context. We're looking at where they are now developmentally in terms of that fit to that role.
