Introspection and Interreception - What's the Difference?

Introspection is looking into your own mind and seeing a what's there. Most of the time we just use introspection as a kind of tool for consciousness research. By comparing these reports in indifferent ways, we can begin to understand what's underpinning their experience of the world. But it's often easy to confuse introspection with interreception. I am interested in both, but actually more in interre reception.
