The most common causes of migraines are dehydration, food sensitivities and lack of sleep. Some people can get rebound headaches from caffeine or MSG in foods that could actually be trigger for some people. We want to look at histamine foods like Thai rices which contain high levels of histamine. And then we have like MSG, as well as low-caffeine drinks such as lemon water on the morning before detoxification.
