Is the Anti Noty Stuff a Feature of the Sits?

i think this might be more a question for even robert ah terms, if ye like. Is the anti noty stuff presentrary, and because it does to be, a lot of their user bas is fostering that type of thing? Do you think they're actually trying to discourage that because theyare scared of legal stuff? Or is that just presentry?
