Regeneration Reframing

This conference's theme was around regeneration. Tell us a little bit about why you chose this theme and how it was influencing the conference. We wanted to kind of create a storyline that reframed a failure or a mistake or a challenge to be, that's the starting point. You know, like one of the keynotes, Clayton Christopher said, in his life, he used to run away from obstacles. But he'd learn to run to him because that's where, that's where the gold is. That's where the growth is.
