Some people, I think, that go the other way. They just right away build the custom solution so they can save the money on the long term life of the project. That does sort of assume that whatever it is is going to work out for sure, which isn't always the case. And we've fallen into both traps. We've built out full features that ended up getting very little usage and there's not always a way to do that.
