What Are Fod Maps?

Fod maps are fermentable ilego di, you know, polyas physically fermentable carbohydrates. They're fromavar ety of fruits and vegetables. There's certain carbohydrates, when they're in the intestines, they ferment. If we consume carbohydrates that are easily fermentable, we're more likely to have symptoms. And so i do use low fod map diets, but use hem as a treatment and not as a solution life long cause. Ideally you should be able to put in most, if not all, of those back into the diet.
