I will start with really the myths that I actually carried around with me for a long time. That's one myth. And who hasn't heard somebody say that or who hasn't said that themselves in the past? Exactly. Second thing is that this myth is that when we reach our middle age, whatever that may be, it might be 30s, 40s, 50s and so on, we're going to start gaining weight. Not so.
