In terms of the ownership structure, you're right that there isn't like a roadmap or a singular way of doing it. You can look at P&L as you can extrapolate enterprise value. There's things you can kind of leverage from the tech community, which is probably more accessible but this isn't tech. So I mean, I don't know if I even remember exactly the math that we did do. We had done that dating for so long that like when I bent the knee again, so to speak, like we just knew we were the right shit. We really did.
