I've been trying to wean myself off as well. I'll give tasks to kind of my direct reports and then just tell them if they have a question, I'm just gonna ask them like, what do you think I would say? And then I get really excited kind of what you were talking about previously is like, when they come back with an answer that was better than mine. Yeah, I love that.
