Everybody was on a less than 25 gram carbohydrate diet to start. We recommended that they start to include, we we emphasize starch, because fructos can, in some cases, raise edel further. Many of these patients exercised vigorously. And we asked them to particularly pay attention to adding back carves before after exercise and one other time in the day. So we told them to have a sweet potato or potato rite, nothing crazy. AandWe did emphasize, you know, green leafy vegetables, and said, really, no other change.
