For me, it's like, i go to the gim and i do it mostly just to look toned. I don't have any desire to get huge or anything. Growing up in that era, you just got into a lot of fights, so if you're a lttle bit bigger, a, you just do better in fights. So now i don't lift to try to be the biggest myself possible.
