Puerto Rico Was Not Recovered From Katrina
Today's storms are not like yesterday's storm. A category one in 2022 does not mean the same thing in 2000 and two. Puerto Rico was not in any way recovered from Maria, which was just five years ago. There are parts of New Orleans that aren't recovered from Katrina.
