The Mythology of Pregnancy and Substance Use Disorder

The patients who have substance use disorder have every right to be pregnant and have children as much as anyone else. A many patients will say that they were shocked by being pregnant. Some people think that the medications have stabilized the opioid receptors such that their r a mill is improved enough that a pregnancy might occur. i've not seen that specifically in literature. I have seen that naltrexon has been shown to have a positive effect on fertility, but i think it probably is true that with the other forms of m a t, that it might stabilize the harmonal milu allow them to achieve a pregnancy.
