Are You Going All in on Content Creation?

I was very, very close to it. There was one day where things were so bad. I literally thought I think I'm going to quit today,. Some of my colleagues had actually done that. They had cold quit. And what ended up happening was well simple through in a nice pay rise for me and we also started having conversations about me potentially moving into management at the same time. But all these factors, yeah, kind of influenced my decision to stay and write it out a bit longer while interviewing. You chose to take the more traditional route of making sure you had another offer lined up before you left it.
