The Night of Carlos Perez-Olivo
Carlos Perez-Olivo was shot by a ballcat man on his way home from an evening out. He had been practicing law in New York City for more than 20 years. His wife and three children were with him at the time of the shooting. The incident took place while he was driving back to Westchester, New York.
