There's an element in the show worthy where, you know, roy says, we need to get jamie a little bit aggressive at one point. Maybe if they ereall angry with each other, that would boil their blood and they'd go out and perform even betterare we to say that happy is good? There can be taxic sort of positivity. When positivity is overused, rised as a defense mechanism, which also happens to ted um, you don't actually ever deal with the negative emotions,. Am, that thats that can be maladapted. We evolve negative emotions for a reason - pain helps keep us from bumping into things or knocking our arm off
