If you were faced with that challenge, what institutional changes would you make to the white house council's office as a condition of accepting the appointment in the first place? You'd have to at least start at the beginning, recognizing that youare facing a very tall task. And i don't know how that works. Maybe there's some learning experience. We're gong to find out the president arrives at a better place, for my perspective, on these kinds of issues in the future.
