Is the Workflow Management a Dialogue Manager or a Conversation Builder?
The dialogue manager is just one layer above end-of-view. There's a huge, again, the workflow piece where you might want to connect a specific system within API and then get data from there. The conversation builder has to be clubbed with the business workflows as well. So I would club both of it. It's BPM kind of things, I mean, lightweight BPM, I would say. We felt that was an important component to build because some customers didn't have systems available for handling such use cases.
