How to Be a Successful E-Commerce Consultant

I work mostly hands-on with a big client ADP, the payroll processor. MongoDB, we built their experimentation program and now just do some light consulting. There's some other kind of smaller companies, but like e-commerce company that I touch on a little bit. But the most hands-on ones these days tend to be these kind of lead gen B2B. That tends to be where I'm focused on right now.
