Eric welcomed. What got you there? How r you doing to day? Doing great, man. One thing i love doing is i love decoding and deconstructing like the person behind the story. You've put out consistently high quality workfor a very long time now. Is this something that evolved over time, or did you have a great model early on you were working off of? Absolutely, it is evolved over time. I started out jo on my blog 13 years just posting, like, interesting abstracts from studies. Then i started pulling multiple studies together. And i've tried to continually raise the bar, but it's definitely made doing a post much bigger effort.
