The Motivation for Joining Williams
Williams team principal says his motivation for joining Williams is to win F1 World Championships. 'It's a once in a lifetime opportunity and one that I feel like an undertake as well at the same time,' he adds. Lewis Hamilton has won three straight races since taking over from Bernie Ecclestone last year. The Briton will take on Nico Rosberg, Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen this season.
