The Fed's Plan to Consolidate the US Banking Sector

Do you think the Fed is okay with this level of what appears to be consolidation in the US banking sector? Is this something they want? Do they just see this as inevitable or is there a concern? I don't think they are trying to engineer anything. But now I do think that they paused at this last meeting and they're going to have to start to tinker with how to manage the financial side of it and the banking side.
