Mickey Dora's Exile in France

Mickey was arrested at the rigged phone booth in May of 1981. His first instinct, formed of lifelong habit, was to try to get out of it. He made up all sorts of stories. The French police took Mickey to a damp stone prison known by locals as Villa Chagrin. They took him to jail in Bayan where he was for several months. When they were there, the police discovered that he was wanted by Interpol and that there was an international arrest warrant out from the United States from California.
