The Cost Benefits to the Organization
How do you handle it whereby your team might be adversely impacted but the wider organization there is a massive benefit for so how do you sort of manage that in a way that that i guess supports that change yeah. There's going to be issues people will feel frustrated not everybody and hopefully it's only a small like a handful of people but that handful can be quite destructive in terms of how the perception of this new system goes about. What is important is if there are any costs benefits to the organization that are clear to people that okay we're doing this because it's a saved money or where is that money going?
