The Positives of Social Media

"I had a really nice course in Toronto on the weekend. There's a lot of young practitioners and it was just really encouraging to hear everyone's thoughts," she says. "It's a problem because it's an echo chamber, but still, there's 30 people and I was impressed with the way everyone was thinking." She adds that social media has given new practitioners more exposure to lots of different views and opinions which means they're less likely to get stuck into silos of thinking.
