The way to fix this is regulation. I actually think this is a bipartisan thing that everybody in the country can get behind. Make it illegal for campaigns and non-profits to spam it. Right now it's not and they do it. So it doesn't matter. We're talking about experiments in the millions of contacts range too. Really statistically significant stuff. Other firms like mine have a down experiment like this. This stuff don't get made public as much because it's highly controversialBecause nobody in the party or the public outside digital firms likes spam. Nobody wants to go out there and say, 'I'm the proponent of spam'
