Amy chats with Anjali Deva, Anjali is an Ayurvedic practitioner, writer, and teacher. Her private practice, Rooted Rasa, specializes in understanding anxiety, depression, PTSD, digestive disorders, and women’s health from a holistic and integrative understanding. Anjali has been positively influenced by using food as medicine, daily and seasonal routines, western herbalism, Buddhist philosophy, and breath-based practices. Anjali’s approach to Ayurveda is gentle and compassionate. They talk about nourishing food choices, and how appropriate food helps the human body and mind to feel in balance.
