Cardio Is Great for Stress Management
i was a chronic cardio person. But as moved into my forties, it stopped doing what i wanted to do for my weight. So i switched to more weight lifting. The other thing i've thrown in is yoga that we can possibly do as we age. And before i do that, i just want to attack on couple other life style factors, stress management and sleep.
