DevOps - What Do You Think Depends on Your Charter?

The more clearly you can define the charter and say like, this is what success looks like for a team, the better those teams can work. I think it really depends on that charter. You probably want to start with smaller teams to begin with. Start small and kind of figure out where your weaknesses are and hire around that.
