Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak met on June 2 to discuss tactics against Labour. The pair discussed peerages, which is a key issue for the Tory leader. But it was revealed in Sunday's Guardian that they were arguing over who should get them. Jeremy Clarkson says this has always been part of Boris' self-image. He thinks one day the country will turn to him in its moment of greatest.
