Some Ayurvedic practices that I would consider to be biohacking based on this definition of do-it-yourself biology aimed at improving performance, health and well-being through strategic interventions are daily abianga. In Ayurveda, we don't want to constantly be detoxing and depleting without nourishing. Abianga moisturizes your skin so that sunlight is more easily absorbed which means vitamin D is more readily absorbed. Another popular biohacking practice includes red light therapy.
