Streaming Is Not What It Used to Be
Streaming is just a part of Apple's business, not its core. Even disney doesn't need streaming like neflik did. They spent an enormous amount of money on it and then this decision was made in the knowledge that they were getting bought by discovery. It's going to take years, if ever, before it becomes profitable. Ad they just kill it.
