The Twins Have the Most Above Average Starting Pitchers in the League

I think they have the most above average starting pitchers assembled that they've had in a very, very long time. I'm just kind of surprised, given all the other additions led by Correa, that they wouldn't go spend another six million bucks to re-sign Michael Fomer or something like that. The bullpen is definitely the one spot where at the beginning of the offseason, I just assumed they felt they were at least one set up caliber veteran away from feeling good.
