How to Deal With Negative Group Discussions
A friend of mine from New Zealand calls it horizontal learning. It's not this thing of you're on top and they're down below. You're all trying to learn together. Pain's complex and weird and doesn't make sense all the time. Hopefully, if you get a bunch of patients who start to become more self-directed in their learning, they'll start telling you things. That should be the way things are.
