30 30 helps you to time yourself with your activities. It's kind of like a task list that each item on that task list has a time that you set to it. You can create visual icons for each of those items. So if you're wondering, hmm, I have an hour, do I have time to work out and you've kind of figured out your workout sequence? You can kind of plug it in and see the other cool things that will show you the end time of each task based on what time it actually is.
