The Conservatives Aren't Doing What They Think They Need to Do
He's basically deciding that having sounded like an adult and stopped saying there's going to be loads of unfundered tax cuts. And therefore, he doesn't need to do much, except for backlogged, some tough fiscal decisions. All European countries are seeing their public finances being hampered by gas prices. He's done it in a relatively sneaky way. I hope that something turns up in the next two years, gas prices fall or whatever. Then the whole disappears on spreadsheets to the OBR.
