What Made You Want to Exit?
A school is very human intensive and high touch service. How did you scale that? The one thing that I've been extremely lucky with is the human capital. Some people started with me as teachers and progressed into VPs and to principals. They used to learn how to make da Vinci bridges and things like that just to give that analytical mindset to the children. So more consistency in ethos consistency in culture was not a very difficult thing to do.
