The Immature Heart
There's another sutta from this collection called the udana called the megya sutta. In that particular sutta, the Buddha teaches to a monk who has sort of come a cropper in his spiritual life. The word immature is a translation of a lovely Sanskrit word, paripartula. It can also mean cooked or ripe. There might even be some sort of progression in this to deeper or higher or greater liberation. So I hope in a way that's practical and meaningfully speaks to you.
