The team doctor called a the hospital to askd fo report on the injury. No port existed. When denny started going to get treatment for his injury, he would go to the statium early in the morning before his teammates were even there. He was just trying to completely avoid his team mates. The next season, the tigers were considered to be a legititle contender. But most people thought they didn't get along well enough to win.
