The challenge when we think about, especially Xi Jinping, and trying to have a framework for his decision-making over the next 10 or 15 years is there's just a lot of X factors. So it would be unlikely that you would see what looks like fairly standard sort of quasi-rational decision-making in economic policy, social governance, but then in sort of foreign policy, just radically off the rails. Maybe you'd have marginal differences between them.
