How to Document Your Data Sets

One thing that i always like to encourage people to do is have some sort of organization system for their data set. From uber's data book, i was am proud to have contributed to this data book while i was at uber. It was tha centralized repository where you could get a lot of information about the tables andData sets available to you as a data scientist or product manager.
