Good governance is the one i can see yet that will cause potentially out performance, whereas environmental and social factors could cause under performance for the stock price. But i don't think it's convincing one way or the other. And the fact that the returns aren't that different mediately tells you that there isn't a huge difference in terms of profitability or in terms of margi would say i think the evidence is mixed,. There are some studies which have shown out performance, some which have shown under performance.
