Joshua Wylersttein conducts the Florida Orchestra in Shostakovich's 10th symphony. The piece is one of the most profound and powerful works of art of the entire 20th century. It was written in 1953, but until 1979 he was thought of as a good soldier of Soviet propaganda. His relationship with Joseph Stalin has been deeply controversial.
