Alister Crowley

Alister crowley was the author of books like transcendental magic, its doctrine and ritual. His parents were part of an evangelical christian movement known as the plymouth brethren. Theosophical society co-founded by helena blavotsky also died in 18 75. Crowley felt that it was significant that these two things happened in his birth year.
